Quick Kindle pouch
The other day before work, I whipped up this cute little pouch for my Kindle reader. It did have a pouch it came with that my mom had made (she handed her Kindle down to me, ever so kindly) but the pouch wasn't really "me." So, I set about making something that was a little more my style and coordinated somewhat with the iPad cover I'd made earlier this summer.
I used this great camera Echino print and combined it with some Dumb Dots by Michael Miller in a contrasting color. Fortunately, I had the perfect zipper just waiting for this project too!
While I don't use my Kindle very often (preferring the tactile feel of an actual book in my hands), we are going up to the cabin for a week later this month and being without internet access for a week, I knew I'd need to find some good reads to keep me busy. Anyone have suggestions for a good book or two to read while I'm away?
